DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN SINGAPORE
We offer complimentary registered shipping to addresses within Singapore for any order made on our online store. Parcels are usually delivered within 7 working days. (*Timeframe is just an estimate for non-peak periods)
We offer Free International Shipping for Orders Above US$80. (Excluding Taiwan) Unfortunately, shipping to Israel, Russia, Latvia and Ukraine is currently suspended.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products (eg. Power banks) cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, the shipping cost will be reflected on the checkout page. The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and dependent on the number and type of products.
CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES / VAT
Some countries may apply custom duties, or VAT taxes on shipments received from overseas. Please note that any associated duties, domestic charges or other additional taxes are to be borne by the customer. We will do our best to ensure the best shipping experience, however much of the process is out of our control and is in the control of your domestic countries’ officials and mail systems.
We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your SKINARMA product is defective or not functioning, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please kindly email our support team at email@example.com with your order details, a description of the fault or damage and either a picture or video of the product defect.
SKINARMA electronic products comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship and strictly does not apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use, or neglect, normal wear and tear or if you change your mind. For SKINARMA products that are not purchased through our online store (www.skinarma.jp), please kindly reach out to the re-seller or retail partner from which the product was purchased instead.
Exchanges/ Returns will not be granted if:
1) The item is not in its original condition, is used, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to any error on our part.
2) The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3) Original product packaging is not intact
*Please kindly note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we made a shipping error. If the returned item cannot be restocked due to appearing used or the original packaging no longer intact, a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the product will be charged.
In cases where a refund is offered (due to lack of inventory for replacement), please allow up to 4 weeks for your return to be processed and refund to be issued.
In the event that the delivery of the parcel is delayed, please kindly note that that refund requests can only be processed after the parcel is successfully delivered and shipped back or established by the postal service to be lost in transit (after 60 days from date of enquiry).
